Terms & Conditions
1. Driver Requirements
The renter must hold a valid driving license and be at least 21 years of age. The driving license must be valid for at least 1 year. Only drivers listed and authorized in the rental agreement are permitted to operate the vehicle.
2. Rental Period & Payment
The rental period begins and ends as specified in the rental agreement. Full payment is required at the start of the rental period.
3. Reservations, Cancellation & Modifications
Reservations may be modified or canceled within the timeframe specified at the time of booking. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur applicable charges.
4. Vehicle Condition & Inspection
The renter must inspect the vehicle before departure and report any existing damage prior to use. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as received, excluding normal wear and tear.
5. Fuel Policy
The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as provided at pickup. Failure to do so may result in refueling charges.
6. Use of Vehicle
The vehicle must be operated responsibly and in compliance with all traffic laws. Strictly prohibited uses include driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, illegal activities, racing, and off-road driving. Smoking inside the vehicle is not permitted.
7. Insurance & Liability
Basic insurance coverage is included in the rental. However, the renter may be responsible for an excess/deductible in the event of damage, depending on the insurance terms. The renter is fully responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the vehicle during the rental period, subject to insurance coverage.
8. Accidents & Breakdown
In the event of an accident or breakdown, the renter must immediately notify the rental company. A police report is mandatory in case of an accident. Roadside assistance is provided; however, costs may apply if the issue is due to driver negligence.
9. Traffic Fines & Penalties
The renter is fully responsible for any traffic fines, parking tickets, or other penalties incurred during the rental period.
10. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required at the start of the rental period. The deposit will be refunded after the vehicle is inspected and confirmed to be free of damage, violations, or outstanding charges. Refund processing may take up to 24–48 hours.
11. Cross-Border Travel
Cross-border travel is only permitted with prior written approval from the rental company and may be subject to additional fees.
